Woke up early.
Drove across town.
Sat in a cubicle with ear plugs in answering 360 questions over the span of 5 1/2 hours.
Left, not feeling good but definitely not feeling terrible, and with my brain in a puddle on the floor, simply from mental exhaustion.

Woke up at 4:30am.
Checked email.
Fell back asleep.
Woke up 30 minutes later.
Checked email.
Fell back asleep.
Repeated this cycle until about 7:30 am when I got the email officially saying I passed the PANCE and earned the title of PA-C! (Physician Assistant - Certified)
Needless to say, it was the start of a very good, very relaxing day.
In my previous post, I listed ways that I wanted to celebrate.
I haven't celebrated with any of those things quite yet.
I did find other ways though:
The afternoon after I took the PANCE, I went with my mom and a friend to get a manicure and pedicure. The afternoon of pampering was most excellent. I tried a new kind of manicure where they actually use a shellac based paint on your nails. I am quite impressed with it. My nails were painted on Wednesday, and today (Monday morning) there aren't any chips or dings. Usually if I paint my nails, I can't go 24 hours without chipping them.
I must admit I've filled my cart at the Sseko store with a pair of sandals and two sets of straps at least twice. I still haven't purchased them. (it's the whole no salary yet thing)
I went back to HEB to buy the "Educated Guess" wine, only to find that it mysteriously disappeared. And I went back to check twice. Thus, I bought a nice Tempernillo which was also quite yummy.
The biggest celebration of the weekend though, was a celebration that I was blessed to be a part of as my sweet friend J married H! It was a beautiful wedding and the weekend was filled with countless joyful moments from the rehearsal to the rehearsal dinner to hair and makeup to the most important part, the wedding ceremony.

YEAH! You are now the official go-to person for all the family's health problems. Just kidding. Congratulations, Anna!
By the way, Kalola is Hawaiian for Carol. :-)
