Today for the win...
I crossed so many things off my to do list. Most importantly, I got my new drivers license. It's the first license I've had that isn't from Texas. Also my first license that doesn't sport a picture that was taken while I was in high school.
I also had a number of wins in the food category.
A year and a half ago, my roommates at Bran House introduced me to a hand held milk foam-er, the Aerolatte. It allows you to easily foam milk from the comfort of your own home. So for the past several days, I've been making and drinking amazing coffee concoctions, without the Starbucks price.
This actually isn't coffee, it's Earl Grey tea, but also a wonderful drink.

And I also had a chance to cook.
I made stuffed tomatoes.
I noticed the recipe yesterday on Foodgawker, and on an impulse I decided to make it.
So glad that I did.
You should try these tomatoes.
Now.
It's a stuffed tomato with couscous (or quinoa), tofu, basil, shallots, hot sauce and lots of other deliciousness.
You can find the recipe here.
