After two weeks off of my plan (secondary to my last week in Texas and my move to Hawaii),
I am back on the Weight Watchers plan.
Thus, because I want to lose 14 pounds before Andrew gets back home
And because I NEED accountability,
Wednesdays from this point forward will be
"Weight and Workout Wednesdays"
Kinda boring blogging I know.
But I honestly need the help.
I seem to only lose weight when I have it.
There will be two areas of accountability:
Weight - how much has been lost in the previous week
Workout - a log of my workouts the previous week
Weight:
For this week, I can tell you where I was when I weighed in the last time, Saturday, March 26 - I was officially down 11.8lbs since starting. The goal here is to have lost 25.8 lbs total (or an additional 14 lbs) by May 28.
Workout:
Today I started the Weight Watchers run a 5K program, and on the rest days will be doing a series of "Bikini Body" exercises that I got from SELF online.
Like I said, not overly exciting, but be ready for the update next weekend.
