Weight and Workout Wednesdays

Weight - Down another pound! That makes me down 12.8 pounds since I started at the end of December (post Christmas, pre New Years). I really need to do a better job of eating on the weekends. I think after I weigh in on Saturdays, I treat them too much like a free day.

I've also come up with a reward scheme for myself as I lose weight:
170 = Outfit at Target
168.5 = $80 to spend however I want (Why 168.5? When I get there, I will have lost 10% of my initial starting weight. Why $80? It was my last cash rewards money from my credit card... so as a reward, I'll splurge and spend it however I want)
165 = Amazon.com gift cards (I'm accumulating gift cards via my points at swagbucks.com. Currently I have $15, but we'll see what the total is when I hit this mark)
160 = Scuba Lessons
155 = Sseko Sandles
150 = Stand up paddle lessons
145 = Trip to the Big Island to see volcanos!
140 = Buy my bikini
135 = New fun dress to wear on a date!
Ultimate goal weight = 130 = Swim with the dolphins at Sea Life Park!

Workout - 4 runs (Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Monday), 1 work out video (Crunch Abs), 1 Zumba class (oh how I've missed Zumba - I took the class last night. First Zumba class in over a month. I am sure I'll feel it today. Last night after I got home I showered and grabbed some dinner, and as I sat there eating my body had that post really good work out feel. Similar to what I would feel after a really good work out when I was doing triathlons)
