Oops!

Weight and Workout Wednesday - Thursday edition
I forgot yesterday.
Forgive me?

Weight
Well, last Saturday, I was up 0.2 lbs. Not too much. But definitely was frustrated that it was the wrong direction. I still struggle the most on the weekends. And this week I had a day of stress eating on Monday too. But the past 2 days have been really good.

Workouts
Ran - Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Working on doing more this week!

Expect a post tonight about life in general... and this weekend, since I'll be crossing off an exciting "To Do" on my 28 before 28, there will be a post about that too!!
