WWW

Weight - Well, this is a happier week in this reporting section! At Weight Watchers this past Saturday I was down a pound! Meaning that I lost the 0.8 that I put on over the past two weeks along with another 0.2. I still really struggle with eating on the weekends. I think if I can have a good Saturday/Sunday, I'll have a much easier rest of the week.

Workout - Still can't seem to hit the elusive 5 runs. I did however get 3 runs, a hike and a Zumba class. (the Zumba class is why my shoulders are currently super tight)

So - Goals for this week:
1. Only use 20 of my "bonus points" on the weekend
2. Go on 5 runs (I think that will continue to be my goal until it actually happens)

We are in the WW together! I've done it before, but not this new program. I too struggle the most on weekends.

I think 3 runs, and two other exercise days pretty good!
